Tech question Re Picture trap

Recently when viewing some of David Flick Interesting Pictures, they have shown up in just a quarter of the screen. After viewing one of these I can not return directly to Bl.C, instead I have to go our and re-enter BL.C.

Today I posted a pic of the ABCNYS disaster trailer (in the ABC Forum) and have the same problem.

Is this my computer or does every one experience it? And how may it be corrected?
