A Poor Wayfaring Stranger....

It has been a long, long time since I ventured onto this board. Everything from technical issues to raising children to watching the UMCers battle to the pandemic have kept my attention elsewhere. I thought it might be good penance for Lent to come back by and see what is going on in the world of Baptists. I was surprised the system let me iin after so long but here I am. It is -3 degrees as we near 10 PM here in eastern Iowa. -24 wind chill. Good night to stay in, which is what I do most of the time anyway.
I'll read a few posts before I head to bed. I look forward to seeing some familiar names, assuming they haven't flown the coop to other denominations or have headed to their heavenly home. Blessings on all.
