The one I probably want to spend the most time in is probably Aikin's Christian Minstrel (the point of origin of the most widespread seven-shape notation), but unfortunately it's in the worst shape, missing at least the first seventy-some pages plus some at the end. Also, the ca. 1850 Devotional Harmonist. But even the words-only ones are great, with the bilingual 1902 River-Brethren one probably at the top of my list.
