If there are already counting and reporting issues, one can only imagine what is ahead. The GOP in Congress has refused to pass and fund any election protection measures. But, this one is on the DNC.

At least they had a backup in place to make sure the count was accurate. An accurate count is the last thing Republicans want.

This looks like it might be a common problem this election cycle, so many Democrats and independents turning out to vote for Democrats it overloads the machines.
